The NLS coaches are always dedicated to developing individuals and strengthening our team rosters both in the present and for the future. Our door is always open to girls looking for a new support system. Our culture is nurturing and prioritizes mental health. We have specific philosophies at each age level that is appropriate to ensure a long term process of developing individuals on and off he field. Our coaching staff has extensive experience both in working with youth and coaching fastpitch. 

Mutual respect between players and coaches are a priority to NLS to develop a lasting positive culture.

For the 2024-25 season, NLS will span all age classifications from 10u-18u. 

Throughout the Spring and Summer NLS is looking for players who are looking to take the next step in their softball journey. Individual tryouts will be held April-July, preceding team tryouts Mid-July.
