Our Story
Crusaders Fastpitch was formed in 2019 and practiced out of New Level once a week. The program was founded by Chad Simon, Nicole Coffey, and Adam Fredericks in an effort to strengthen our softball community.
New Level Baseball was formed in 2017 by a group of men with a great baseball reputation who wanted to
invest in our community. New Level baseball has since grown to well over 40 teams and has the best
reputation on the entire West Coast for development and D1 placement.
In 2023 New Level moved from an existing building into the old Sears building at the South Hill Mall that we
now call home. The new facility includes a speed and agility area, parent section, weightlifting area, full infield,
bullpen, and 7 cages that can be converted into sub-cages or double cages.
In 2023 Crusaders Fastpitch officially joined New Level Baseball, and they are now one unified baseball/softball family.
Moving into the 2024-25 season Crusaders Fastpitch will now be known as New Level Softball (NLS). This gave
our softball players full access to the facility with all the same accommodation the baseball players receive.
NLS will continue to grow organically with the correct trainers and coaches in place with our current players
set as the foundation of our program.
Our culture is a player first mentality. This means prioritizing the
individual athlete and valuing their long-term softball journey. We believe in open dialogue and mutual
respect. We are family oriented, inclusive, respectful, and nurturing. All we ask of our players is that they have
a great attitude and give maximum effort. Our goal as coaches and trainers is to see each athlete achieve their
highest potential.
